2003-01-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/663163摘要:在多方的研究中發現社會仍處處存在著社會大眾對精神疾病患者的刻板印象及負向態度,這雖然是社會大眾的問題,但患者所覺察的烙印問題,卻直接的反應於被拒絕及隔離的感受。因此瞭解精神疾病患者的烙印經驗、探討影響烙印經驗的關鍵因素,進而發展有效的照護策略以促進患者的社會適應,也就成為精神醫療專業人員協助患者面對烙印經驗十分重要的課題。 目前國內對於烙印的研究,多僅限於精神疾病患者生活的經驗,而對精神疾病患者態度的研究,多從以一般大眾為主的觀點出發,然而由於烙印實質的影響精神疾病患者與社會的互動關係,因此本系列性研究希望能瞭解患者的烙印經驗,並進一步探討烙印經驗與患者的自尊、掌控、整體因應、社會支持、社交技巧及生活品質之相關性。 本研究計畫為期三年,第一年研究目的為:(1)發展本土性精神分裂症患者烙印經驗之量表、(2)測試烙印經驗量表的信度及效度、(3)探討精神分裂症患者烙印經驗與其個人屬性及疾病特性的相關性。第二年研究目的為:(1)探討精神分裂症患者烙印經驗與自尊、掌控感、整體因應、社會支持、社交技巧與生活品質之相關性、(2)發展可能的照護策略以協助精神分裂症患者因應烙印經驗之相關處境。 <br> Abstract: Studies have showed that patients with mental illness continue to suffer with the negative stereotypic attitudes and stigmatization from the general public. Patients perceived rejection and feel isolated in social interactions. Therefore, it is crucial for mental health care professionals to understand patients’ perceived experience of stigmatization and its related factors. The understanding will be the foundation for professionals to help patients developing effective coping strategies in dealing with their experience of stigmatization. The existing studies in Taiwan are mainly focus on the lived experience of patients with mental illness and general public’s attitudes toward them. The present study proposes to conduct a two-year research to understand the perceived stigma of patients with schizophrenia. The specific goals of the study are as the following. The first year’s goals including to: (1) develop indigenous stigma questionnaire, (2) test the questionnaire’s validity and reliability, (3) investigate the relationships between patients’ perceived stigma and their demographic characteristics and illness related factors. The second year’s goals including to: (1) investigate the relationships between patients’ perceived stigma and their self esteem, mastery, general coping, social support, social skill and quality of life, (2) identify possible strategies to facilitate patients’ coping with their perceived stigma.烙印經驗精神分裂症因應stigmaschizophreniacoping精神疾病患者烙印經驗之研究
