2005-01-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/656030摘要:本研究之目標為查明海鱺之外寄生蟲相並分析主要蟲種之感染參數,解析澎湖內灣海域單殖吸蟲之生活史與影響其發育及傳播之因子,以建立有效防治技術。預期可查明箱網養殖海鱺之外寄生蟲相,確認其主要病原單殖吸蟲之種類,並分析其整年度包括盛行率、平均密度與豐富度之各項感染參數,除闡明感染動力學外,亦可解析環境因子對海鱺和吸蟲間寄生關係之效應。此外預期將可由生態學角度,建構澎湖內灣海域中單殖吸蟲之生活史並探查吸蟲之來源。最後將在實驗室中建立孵化與培養幼蟲技術,以探究影響幼蟲發育及傳播之因子,可望規畫建議一針對外寄生蟲之整體性箱網養殖魚類健康管理系統,有效促進箱網養殖工業之成功。<br> Abstract: The aims of this study are to inventory the ectoparasite fauna of cobia and to analyse various infection parameters of the main parasites in order to realize their life cycles around Peng-Hu Conuty. Besides, factors influencing the parasites' develpment and transmission will also be illustrated to establish the effective control stategy. Infection parameters mentioned including the prevalence, mean intensity and the abundance annually will be useful to study the infection kinetics and the environmental effects on the parasites and cobia.In vitro culture technique will be set up to maintain their larvae and to study any factors which could influence larval development and transmission.
