The parametric t-norm of Dubois and Prade, which changes its characteristics by adjusting the parametric value α, is used respectively in calculating the firing level and output membership function of each control rule. The final input-output relation derived in this paper is concise enough to give users a more thorough insight about the FLC behavior. Because the behavior of the parametric t-norms can be modified by applying different parameter, the FLC using parametric t-norms equips the ability to adapt itself to diverse control requirements. This lessens the burden of the design engineers and at the same time makes the FLC more flexible. ? 1998 IEEE.On parametric t-norm-sum-gravity inference method for fuzzy logic controlconference paper10.1109/FUZZY.1998.6875382-s2.0-0031628074https://www.scopus.com/inward/record.uri?eid=2-s2.0-0031628074&doi=10.1109%2fFUZZY.1998.687538&partnerID=40&md5=b1785b8d6181e0d1ea35156e778b6305
