2019-03-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/658963摘要:因應農藥減量政策,須擬定適切的病蟲害防治技術與策略。優良抗性品種之育 成及使用,需要經過許多年試驗,緩不濟急。在農藥減半的過渡時期,搭配合適的 栽培制度,如:合理化施肥,可增加作物抗病抗蟲能力。過去研究發現:植物體內 缺乏微量元素時,常使植物呈現較高的感病性;而增加微量元素濃度,可以提高植物的抗蟲性。然目前對於水稻微量元素濃度及抗蟲性關聯性研究甚少,在應用上有困難。本計畫首先決定不同微量元素的處理濃度,以不影響水稻幼苗生長狀態為原則。其次,再以瘤野螟(幼蟲),進行抗蟲性分析,藉以了解不同微量元素,對水稻常見的兩種蟲害之抗性,是否具有貢獻。施用微量營養元素,以提高作物抗蟲性 ,便可減少農藥施用,使我們更接近環境安全永續的目標。<br> Abstract: In response accordingly to the pesticide reduction policy, appropriate pest control techniques and strategies must be developed. The breeding of resistant rice varieties takes many years of trials and is not easy. In the transition stage, proper cultivation systems, such as rational fertilization, can help to increase crop disease resistance and insect tolerance. In the previous study, it was found that lacking trace elements in plants displayed higher susceptibility to diseases; while increasing the concentration of trace elements can enhance plant insect resistance. However, there is little know about the correlation between the trace elements and rice insect resistance, which makes it difficult to apply for. This project first determines the concentration of different trace elements, which is supposed to not affecting the growth of rice plants. Next, the insect resistance to the rice leaf folder ( Cnaphalocrocis medinalis ) were compared and evaluatedwhether different trace elements can contribute to the resistance of the common Taiwan insect pests in rice.
