2015-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/684371摘要：新北市政府於101年4月，經由不斷修正以及相關專家學者多次審查並提供具體改善建議，完成「挖子尾自然保留區生態資源監測作業細則」。今年（103年）延續102年監測結果，並修正保留區生態資源調查之作業規範，建立一致性之生態資源資料庫，作為本保留區管理維護策略擬定之堅實基礎。本年度工作內容包括水質、水位、水筆仔、底棲類、鳥類、魚類、藻類的現場監測，並以GIS資料庫的方式進行監測紀錄保存，同時協助編寫「挖子尾自然保留區管理維護計畫」，及進行生態水利資料整合及保留區自然營力分析。<br> Abstract: The New Taipei City Government developed the standard operation procedure for the ecological investigation of Wazihwei Reserve in April 2012 base on organizing and concluding the comments from several experts seminar. The project of this year mainly focuses on revising the SOP and examines the difference of the ecological conditions of Wazihwei. The survey items are including water quality, water surface elevation, mangrove density, mangrove height, mangrove diameter of breast height, benthic, fish, birds, algae and so on. The field data is supposed to be recorded with refined tables that could be analyzed by GIS-based software.
