2012-02-212024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/682300摘要：1.本計畫之完成將可監控台灣地區寵物鳥與寵物鳥店鳥類家禽流行性感冒發生情況，供防疫之參考。並可針對高病原性家禽流行性感冒之入侵，提早發現及採取撲滅措施，可減少農民巨大損失。 2.掌控及瞭解鳥店市場的販售概況，協助評估走私鳥類可能的流向。 3. 針對寵物鳥繁殖場與寵物鳥店等所飼養之禽鳥主動採樣檢測家禽流行性感冒，尤其是H5及H7亞型家禽流行性感冒，本年度至少檢測寵物鳥之檢體900件。<br> Abstract: In this project, at least 900 cloacal or tracheal swabs samples will be collected from pet birds and bird species in the pet bird shops in Taiwan. The samples will be detected for the pesence of the avian inluenza. The presence of the H5 and H7 subtype avian influenza will be detected by the rapid diagnostic methods such as reverse transcriptionpolymerase chain reation (RT-PCR method).
