2005-01-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/713031摘要:測量、製圖為國軍圖資中心獲取空間幾何資訊的直接來源,其過程中常需引用控制資料,例如在網型平差的上級控制點、空中三角(Aerial-Triangulation)作業所需的地面控制點、影像幾何糾正(Geometric Rectification)引用的地面控制點及正射像片(Ortho-Photo)生產所需的地形控制資料等。近年來,因應各項民生建設及國防需求,各項測量業務愈易頻繁,圖資生產搭配地理資訊系統(Geographic Information Systems)的管理使得方便於電腦處理的數值影像、數值地形圖、數值地形(表面)模型及其他向量(Vector)或網格式(Raster)空間資料(Spatial Data)成為一般性的圖資,在此數值化的圖資中包含相當豐富的特徵資料(Feature data)。控制實體資料庫(Control Entity Database)的建構即考量如何從測量生產過程或既有圖資中萃取及保存某些重要空間特徵,此類空間特徵屬性包含幾何座標、輻射資料及其衍生物,可歸類為點、線、面(區域)、模型及地形特徵。藉由建構控制實體資料庫之便,樹立國軍圖資中心資料收集之程序,善加<br> Abstract: Surveying and mapping activities are the main sources for geo-spatial data collection in army mapping agency. Among the various tasks, control data, including 1-D, 2-D, and 3-D control points for network adjustment or photogrammetric aerial triangulation, control points for image registrations or geometric rectification, and control terrain(surface) for ortho-photo (true ortho-photo) generation are essentially needed. The preparation for the above data may be labor-intensive and costly. Recently the increasing demand of geo-spatial data in civil and national scale is significant, mapping product combined with Geographic Information Systems provide an efficient platform for managing digital images, digital maps, digital terrain models, and other vectorized or rasterized spatial data, consequently offering an ideal database for extracting geo-spatially significant information, such as the afore-mentioned control data. The concept of “Control Entity Database” aims at collecting in the database the features along the production line or via digitalizing and extracting what are needed in the existing maps. For full employment of these data, control entities should be well organized, informative, and accurate so that they are able to be managed and processed in an automatic as well as highly efficient way. In order for that, the attributes of control entities are featured by geometric and radiometric contents, and the derived information. The constitution of control entities database in army mapping agency is then crucial for reducing the labor work and promoting the geo-spatial data process towards the goal of automation. We propose in this study for investigating into the concepts of employing control entities, managing the database, and exploiting the significance of control entities on their related applications.
