2023-01-012024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/653125本112年度「地質構造及海床底質調查暨資料庫建置」計畫為「離岸風場海域地質調查及地質環境資訊服務」四年期計畫之第二年度工作。配合地調所規劃,本年度工作由臺大團隊負責,成大與工研院團隊協助執行,本計畫屬整體計畫中兩工作大項之一,並在其中四個工作項目,負責「地質構造及海床底質調查」及「海域地質資料庫建置」兩項主要工作。延續109年「離岸風電場址海域地質調查先期規劃」工作,發現國內離岸風力發電場址可能有斷層、沙波遷移、流體移棲以及堅硬地層等地質影響因子,而政府機關也尚未能系統性的建構及提供完善海域基礎地質環境資訊。為兼顧能源安全、環境永續及綠色經濟目標,本四年期計畫規劃於離岸風電潛力場址區域進行詳細地質調查,同時建置離岸風電海域地質資料庫,協助「離岸風場地質及環境感知系統建置」工作進行,以期完整掌握離岸風場之地質概況,作為配合政府推動離岸風電重大政策之基礎資料,並協助相關權責及開發單位對風機基礎施工安全及未來運轉階段時的地質潛在風險控管,以期達到我國離岸風電永續發展之目標。本計畫第一年已於臺灣海峽區域之彰雲外海區域,收集了超過1千公里的多頻道反射震測調查,同時沿測線收集底質剖面及多音束聲納等地球物理資料。此外,已於關鍵區域收集14站沉積物岩心標本,並進行資料處理、分析及解釋工作,除瞭解調查區之大尺度構造特徵及沉積特性等地質環境資訊,也進一步針對與離岸風電工程較直接影響的地質影響因子如斷層、沙波、流體煙囪及海域火成岩進行更深入的分析。在岩心採集部分,引進震動式岩心採樣技術進行岩心採集,補足過去深部沉積物岩心採樣資料之不足,除可瞭解海峽深部沉積層序與建構沉積物屬性資料,更可提供離岸風機設立場址之安全與穩定性參考。本112年度計畫將針對雲嘉外海及澎湖群島周緣與彰雲外海進行海域調查工作,需收集、處理、分析及解釋至少500公里的震測剖面及沿測線隨船地物資料及10站岩心資料,分析潛在地質影響因子,並彙整兩大計畫成果,以掌握此區域之沉積特性與地質環境資訊,除分析資料外,藉由計畫第一年訂定之資料庫的工作規則與作業標準,持續將計畫下四個主要工作項目所新收集的各式資料及成果納入資料庫,搭配內部GIS資料庫系統作為資料展示平台,完成相關資料彙整,並協助後續資料使用及對外服務系統之建置。 This project “Geological structural investigation, chirp sonar survey and database construction” is the second year of the 4-year “Marine geological survey and geo-environmental information services of offshore wind farms” project carried out by the NTU team with the NCKU and ITRI teams suggested by CGS, MOEA. According to the "Advance Planning of the Geological and Geophysical Investigation in the Offshore Wind Farm Areas" project in 2020, there are potential geological risks in the area such as faults, sand wave migration, fluid migration, and construction risky strata, which may affect wind turbine construction, security, operation, and maintenance. Therefore, this project aims to conduct detailed geological surveys in the offshore wind farm (OWF) area in Taiwan Strait and establish an OWF marine geological database to get a better understanding of the geological features. These geophysical and geological data together with analysis results can be provided to government and industries for offshore wind power policy decisions, OWF construction and operation, risk assessment and control. In 2022, we have conducted three cruises on R/V New Ocean Researcher 1, collecting more than one thousand kilometers of multi-channel seismic data, underway sub-bottom profile and bathymetry data, and fourteen sediment cores in the study area, including the second, and the third phases of OWF sites in the eastern Taiwan Strait. Especially, the coring was managed by a newly developed vibrotoary corer system, and thirteen cores are longer than one meter. In this year, survey area will be carried out on the Yunlin and Penghu Islands offshore areas to understand the sedimentary characteristics and geological environment information. We will collect, process, analyze and interpret more than 500 km of seismic data, underway geophysical data and at least ten core data.
