Oscillators are coherent through injection locking technique. One then, adjusts the biases of oscillators to adjust the output phases to give the maximum output power at the output port of a power combiner. In Chapter 1, the basic theories are introduced including oscillator theory, injection locking technique and power combining structure. In Chapter 2, the oscillator design and simulation and measurement results are presented. In Chapter 3, the design of power combiner and simulation and measurement results are given. Measurements include injection locking and power combining of oscillators.
