2020-08-012024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/652375"職能治療是個臨床科學的專業,要能有效執行臨床服務,必須受過專業理論與知識的教育,並且通過實習教育,考照,才能成為合格的職能治療師。台灣職能治療的學校教育,一直以世界職能治療聯盟的標準來設計,並維持其標準。然而在臨床實習的時數上,我們一直是超出標準甚多(規定為1000小時,我們有1440小時),因此也壓縮了學校學習的時間。過去的調查結果發現,學校教育以及臨床實務之間有落差,特別是研究與管理的面向。另外,由於實證職能治療是過去10年來世界職能治療專業努力追求的目標,針對實證職能治療的要求,有必要建立臨床治療師與學術界的聯繫,並透過教育整合,降低學術與臨床事務之落差。 本計畫的目的,即是發展一套銜接臨床實務與學校教育(包含理論與研究發現)的教育模式,作為職能治療專業教育的深化之參考。會以教育內容,臨床治療師的實證知識之學習,教學方式,以及教學與臨床的協調者等4方向進行。 本計畫透過搜尋與整理文獻,擬定教育策略與模式,執行教育策略,並探討表現,連結教室理論與臨床實務,減少落差,增進臨床成效的意見。 透過本計畫的執行,可建立教育模式,增進學校教學與臨床實務之銜接,落實學校教育與臨床實務之連結,俾以讓學生在實習,或工作時,能有效運用學校教育所學習的理論與知識,成為實證精神的實務工作者。" "Occupational therapy is a scientific profession. In order to be a competent occupational therapist, the students need to receive adequate educational preparation. The school education of occupational therapy in Taiwan is accredited by World Federation of Occupational Therapy and meet their standard. However, the hours of internship in Taiwan are in excess of the required 1000 hours (1440 hours in Taiwan) which is affecting the duration of school education. The previous survey showed that there were gap between school education and clinical practice, especially in research and management areas. Furthermore, since the evidence based occupational therapy is the professional goal in the past ten years worldwide, there is a need to connect researchers and clinicians through educational system to further strengthening the link. Therefore, it is important to develop an educational model or strategies to mediate the gap to facilitate the students to become a better practitioners and clinicians to be an evidence-based practitioner. The purposes of the study are to develop the educational model or strategies to reduce the gap of the school education and clinical practice. Ultimately to increase the effect of professional education. The project focuses on the following aspects: educational contents, learning of the evidence-based occupational therapy of the clinicians, teaching methods, and clinical coordinator. We propose to carry out the project by developing the educational model and strategies and mapping the process for the transition. After the complete of the plan, we will call for experts committee to review the plan and give feedback on the plan and testing of the transitional plan and its effectiveness from perspectives of faculty members, students and clinicians. The complete of the project can provide an educational model to remediate the gap between school education and clinical practice.
