We create a new MAC-e entity and corresponding PHY entity for the E-DCH link model in NS-2. We also propose simplified two scheduling strategies that are applied to transport block size (TBS) selection in the MAC-e. The scheduler in the MAC-e select the TBS in a time transmission interval (TTI) for uplink transmission.
