Since the founding of the School of Nursing in the College of Medicine in 1956, master’s degree and doctoral programs have been established, and the department has become the most influential nursing education school in Taiwan. Due to the needs of an aging society and a societal focus on long-term care, the College of Medicine founded the Second Degree Bachelor of Science in Nursing in September 2018 to prepare extraordinary nursing care providers who have already attained a bachelor’s degree and have enthusiasm for nursing care. The department seeks to impart theoretical knowledge in students and improve their abilities in thinking and problem solving and expects graduates to become competent and esteemed nursing professionals. In the future, the department aims to integrate teachers, teaching, and equipment resources from the Yunlin and Taipei campuses to strengthen the teaching of adult education. The department values students with high aptitude, high motivation, and high internal drive to succeed, and teaching strategies such as clinical situation simulations, a problem-solving orientation, and interdisciplinary learning are used to nurture professional nursing talents who are able to deal with the major health issues in society. We hope these professionals will be well-equipped and ready to enter the nursing field and meaningfully contribute to the well-being of society.臺灣大學為國內最完整，歷史悠久的綜合大學，本校醫學院護理學系自1956年創系六十餘年以來，陸續設立碩士與博士班，成為國內具影響力之護理教育高等學府。為響應老人及長照政策，本校醫學院自2018年9月成立「學士後護理學系」，以培育已具學士學位且對護理服務有熱忱之優秀護理人才。 本學系之教學宗旨，將以理論知識應用為主，加強學生思考及問題解決能力，期使畢業生欣賞並勝任護理專業工作。未來將結合雲林及台北校區之師資、教學及設備資源，強化成人教育的教學方法，重視學生之自我導向、自動自發的學習特質，運用臨床情境模擬、問題導向及跨域學習等教學策略，著力於培育能面對處理社會重要健康議題之護理專業人才，以能投入健康照護服務，共同守護民眾健康。Academic Institute
