2005-01-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/658809摘要:大豆異黃酮,又稱為植物雌激素,已被證明具有抑制心血管疾病、預防骨質疏鬆症以及抗癌細胞之功效,而這些藥理性質主要來自於不具配醣體之異黃酮,如genistein與daidzein等,但是大豆中的異黃酮卻幾乎以配醣體之型態存在。我們將以1年時間,來建立以微生物β-葡萄糖&#33527;&#37238;連續去醣基轉化大豆異黃酮之生產程序。<br> Abstract: Isoflavones, a class of estrogens, have activities against cancer cells, cardiovascular diseases and osteoporosis. However, many researchers have revealed that these pharmacological effects are primary attributed not to the glucosides but their aglycones, such as genistein or daidzein. Because of the importance of the deglucosylation of isoflavones, the work of this 1 year study will engaged in establishment of a continuous process to produce aglycone type of isoflavones by application of microbial β-glucosidase.植物雌激素去醣基微生物轉化phytoestrogendeglucosylationmicrobial bioconversion植物雌激素daidzein、genistein連續轉化生產程序之開發
