Case studies are as follows:. Productivity Diagnosis and Analysis. Build up R&D management control system. Build up ECR/ECN management control system. Build up Sales management control systemhe worst thing that happens to companies is that they are successful but don’t pay attention to the problems, because a success disguises the problems. A successful company gets all the attention and, the fame, but if don’t pay attention to little problems that start to grow, you will face demise. And so BPI consultant’s belief is, fix the problems while you can.
