2015-03-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/682849摘要:本計畫是一跨校際、跨組織、跨文化之交流活動,構想來自教育部「短期蹲點」試辦計畫(Taiwan Experience Education Program,TEEP),目的為從單純資助外籍青年來台學習華語之補助型概念計畫,發展為結合實習與一連串計畫行銷活動之整合型計畫,對臺灣青年、對實習單位與行銷臺灣均有所助益之多贏效益之成果。 招募與徵選合適之英語系國家大學或研究所在學與畢業之學員15名與台灣學員5名,於暑假期間來台一個月分別安排至一處實習地點進行實習。實習期間除依其本身背景專業或英語能力協助實習單位外,學員亦需利用休閒時間探索與深入瞭解臺灣自然生態環境與當地文化特色、每週定期產出觀察與旅遊心得並發表於社群媒體與計畫網站,最後並需產出一份其原創的臺灣自然寶藏地圖。已確認實習地點共有五處,三處屬林務局管轄之自然教育中心,分別為知本/池南自然教育中心,羅東自然教育中心,奧萬大自然教育中心;另兩處為台灣大學實驗林管轄,分別為溪頭自然教育園區與和社自然教育園區。 學員在台期間需自行利用平日休閒期間或周末假日探索實習地點周遭之自然與文化資源,每週需產出一篇臺灣觀察旅遊心得,並發表於特定社群媒體上(學員本身的臉書、Twitter、或部落格等)以及臺灣自然藏寶圖計畫專屬網站與臉書粉絲頁,每期活動預計產出80篇臺灣旅遊相關文章(四週,20名學生)。並於計畫結束時繳交其原創與發想、介紹臺灣自然環境生態之美的臺灣自然寶藏圖(共20份),舉辦校園分享座談會。 計畫除使外籍青年獲得補助來台體驗中華文化之外、亦使其透過在特定單位的實習工作來深入瞭解與發現臺灣自然之美、並間接促進兩地青年之認識與交流;實習單位亦將實質獲得外籍青年在語言與其專業上之協助,並藉由此過程強化其單位人力之外語能力與國際視野;並藉由計畫的多階段數位行銷活動及外籍青年所帶動之社群效應,增加臺灣網路曝光度,來強化臺灣國際行銷策略,最終吸引更多國際人士了解臺灣、並提升其來台進修或旅遊之意願與興趣,達到多贏之效益。<br> Abstract: Taiwan, situated in subtropical and tropical Asia, is an island of 36,000 km2 and with coastal line stretching 1,100 km. The highest mountain, Yushan, is about 4,000 m. The climate varies along the altitudinal gradient. That’s why Taiwan has a diverse and abundant wild fauna and flora. Additionally, Chinese culture that has been well preserved in this island. Taiwan Ministry of Education and School of Forestry and Conservation, National Taiwan University (NTU), are developing "Taiwan Nature Treasure Map Program” for international students exploring beauty of Taiwan from cultural and natural perspective. This program provides a paid internship opportunity for international students stay in a selected site one month. During the program, students co-work with local rangers and learn hands-on experiences. Additionally students are allowed spending their time explore local nature and aboriginal culture. This program aims to recruit 15 international and five Taiwanese students with age between 20-30 and preferring students have natural sciences, recreation/tourism and communication/journalism background.
