2012-07-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/678728摘要:現今國內牛隻飼養數約為14萬頭,其中乳牛總數約為10萬頭,羊隻頭數約15萬頭 ,泌乳羊約8萬頭。所需之臨床診療獸醫師至少約30名,然而實際從事草食動物臨床 執業獸醫師人數甚少,且技術傳承斷層,應積極強化草食動物專門之獸醫師技能培 訓,提供國內大學獸醫學系草食動物課程扎根,推動年輕獸醫學子進入草食動物臨 床診療之行列,有效解決國內牧場遭遇之疾病問題,提供牧場與農民更佳的診療服 務。 本計畫將前往日本北海道江別市農業共濟組合之大動物臨床研修所,研習日本政府 針對大動物獸醫師之完整培訓計畫及制度,該培訓計畫提供給世界各國對大動物臨 床診療有興趣之獸醫師參訓,因此制度相當完整也倍受肯定,相當值得我國參考亦 為當前政府急迫所需之資訊。另將前往千葉縣農業共濟大動物診療綜合醫院,該縣 為牛羊畜牧產業之大縣,診療體系及大動物獸醫師培訓制度亦相當完整,臨床病例 數量及形態也很充份及廣泛,因此可提供研習人員充分之技術學習及資訊環境。 針對研習人員所學習之成果及資訊經驗,將於返國後積極檢討可規劃於我國學習借 鏡之處,並落實於我國培訓計畫及制度當中。<br> Abstract: The current number of farm cattle in Taiwan is approximately 140000, in which 100000 are dairy cows. And there are about 150000 sheep, 80000 in which are dairy ewes. Taking the figure into account, the number of clinical veterinarian required is at least 30. However, there are very few clinical veterinarians that are actually in practice in large animal medicine, and a gap in technique passing down is also noted. The need of training veterinarians specializing in large animal medicine is urgent. By arranging courses of large animal medicine in veterinary departments in the country, more young veterinary students would be able to join in the career field. In that case the disease problem encountered currently in domestic farms can be effectively solved, providing better clinical veterinary service for farmers. In this program a research personnel will visit Nosai large animal clinical research institute in Japan, and study the full training program and system the Japanese government has set for veterinarians in large animal medicine field. The training program has been providing training opportunities for worldwide veterinarians who are interested in large animal medicine. Consequently the system is very complete and wellapproved, which is worth to consult and provides information for the authority in Taiwan. In addition, the research personnel will also visit the Nosai large animal hospital for large in Chiba county. Chiba is one of the most productive counties in the cattle and sheep industry in Japan. The diagnosis and treatment system and the training program of large animal veterinarians are complete as well. The number of clinical cases in the hospital is ample with extensive disease types, providing an ideal learning environment for the research personnel. After returning from Japan, the research personnel will share the information and experience in the trip. Then actively discuss the possibility of applying it to the training program and system in Taiwan.日本大動物臨床疾病之診斷治療及獸醫師人才訓練計畫
