2018-01-012024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/650681摘要:臺灣科技發展現況從研發投入比例角度來看已達先進國家水準,但部分研發總經費低於臺灣的國家,整體研發創新的表現卻超越臺灣。此現象的問題根源並非臺灣研發成果量的不足,而在質的不足與產研落差,故本研究擬建立證據支持型評價模式,針對1.臺灣頂尖及潛力學術領域、2.產業需求導向的臺灣學術競爭力、3.臺灣產業競爭力與轉型機會、4.臺灣人才競爭力與技術外購效益、5.政府在我國創新研發中的角色與績效等構面,提出具體明確數據作為研擬科技發展政策及發展重點新興產業之基礎。<br> Abstract: This project sets out to build an evidence-based evaluation model that helps the public sector better understand start-up industry and make policy decisions that safeguard the industry`s leading edge. By integrating various data sources such as the WoS, USPTO patents, GRB, ORCID, and several others, this project investigates Taiwan`s academic and industrial potentialities by identifying the competitive academic and technological fields, examining researcher`s communities and networks in the fields, analyzing their technological dependence, investigating the allocation of R&D resources, and investigating the government`s role and performance in promoting R&D.
