2011-02-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/709644摘要：本研究之主旨為配合國科會業務，精進政府科技發展計畫審議機制，提高審議品質，另也將針對各部會智慧生活相關科技計畫進行探討，並提出建言。本計畫主要之任務包括： (1). 參與審議作業與綠皮書 參與101年度政府科技發展計畫科技服務群組審議作業，包括計畫審查、出席重要會議等，並且撰寫審議結果報告（綠皮書）。 (2). 檢討審議機制與提供相關諮詢服務 檢討審議作業機制，提供企劃處未來工作規劃之參考。此外，也將提供政府科技發展計畫審議作業及企劃處其他業務相關事項諮詢。 (3). 探討各部會智慧生活相關科技計畫分工之妥適性 了解我國及歐美日韓等國於智慧生活科技發展現況，進而對我國智慧生活科技政策之部會分工進行探討，並提出建言。 本計畫之預期成果為101年度政府科技計畫科技服務群組審議結果報告（綠皮書）及計畫結案報告。 <br> Abstract: The aim of this project is to improve the review mechanism for the National Science & Technology Development Plan so that the Plan will be carried out effectively. This project will perform the following tasks: 1.Conducting Project Review and Composing Green Paper The PI will participate in the project review of the 2012 National Science &Technology Development Plan in the Science-Technology Service Group and complete the review report. (green paper) 2.Making Recommendations on the Review Mechanism After evaluating the review mechanism, recommendations will be proposed to the Department of Planning and Evaluation, NSC. The PI will also provide consultant services to the NSC Planning & Evaluation Department regarding the National Science & Technology Development Plan. 3.Providing Advices on Government This project will track the current development and trends of smart living technology both in domestic and foreign countries, in particular, Europe, USA, Japan, and South Korea. This study also examines the “smart technology” related projects to see if the government is implementing the “Smart Taiwan” policy along the right direction.前瞻規劃計畫審議foresight planningproject review
