The major tasks of this project are the following three items. The first item is to implement the local oscillator circuit for 38GHz transmitting and receiving sytem. The second item is to develop the basic theory, formulation, circuits and measurement of the local oscillator array. The third item is to develop the active antenna array using oscillator array.
