國立臺灣大學政治學系Department of Political Science, National Taiwan University任德厚Jen, T.H.T.H.Jen2017-09-082018-06-282017-09-082018-06-281990-03http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/281780在政治學中，制度研究之地位頗曾經歷一些起伏。近年學者對制度研究之再予重視，顯示出政治生活不能脫離制度規範的這一事實，也反映了政治學在知識追求上的一種修正與成長。在文首節說明政治學發展與制度研究的關連，次節比較當前制度研究之特點與得失，三節分析制度的性質與制度體系之構成，四節討論制度體系與?體生活之關係，五節探討制度及制度體系的變遷，而結論則展望制度研究與政治學未來發展之方向。制度研究具有可觀的開拓空間，各種議題之掌握與解決，不僅將能強化政治學之知識，且對人類福祉之增進，亦有其深遠之影響。Any meaningful political life cannot be conducted outside of certain institutional frameworks. Nevertheless, scholars have paid uneven attentions to the related issues in the development of modern Political Science. This essay addresses to the central question: “What exactly is political institutions, and how they could influence the authoritative allocation of values for a society.” It examines the nature of institutions, the characteristics of institutional systems, as well as possible changes and development to be found both at the institutional and the system levels. There is great need for further studies on institutions, and future development in this regard would not only enhance our knowledge, but also strengthen our ability in affecting the future of human societies.journal article
