2007-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/682081摘要:實驗目的: 以具增強免疫功能之中草藥(黃耆、黨參、刺五加或淫羊藿)加入飼料中,進行雞隻活體試驗,篩選出對雞隻生產性能及免疫功能具有功效之中草藥。 實施方法: 肉雞: 1.選取黃耆、黨參或刺五加,分別以五種劑量(1、2、3、4及5%)做最低有效添加量試驗,找出最低有效添加量。 2.比較各單味中藥材之最低有效添加量與空白對照組、添加抗生素組,對雞隻生長表現暨免疫能力影響之差異。 蛋雞: 1.雞隻購入後,經育雛(0至6週)、生長(6至12週)與育成期(12至18週)後,進入產蛋期(18 週)才開始進行試驗。 2.以黃耆、刺五加與淫羊藿,每種中草藥以三種劑量(1、3及5%)加上對照組進行試驗。 3.試驗期間,每週記錄採食量、產蛋率。於試驗開始時與每個月結束時,收集各組雞蛋,並進行採血。測定項目為蛋重、豪氏單位、血液生化值與免疫能力。 <br> Abstract: Objective: Different Chinese herbs (Astragalus membranacevs, Codonopsia pilosula, Acanthopanax senticosus, Epimedium brevicornum) with immunity enhancing effects are used as feed addidtives to screen out the one or ones can enhance production performance and immunity in chickens. Methods: Broilers: 1.Using 3 different Chinese herbs (Astragalus membranacevs, Codonopsia pilosula, Acanthopanax senticosus) with 5 different concentrations (1-5%) in feed additives to identity Minimum Effective Concentration for each herb. 2.With Minimum Effective Concentration of each herb as groups and control group, antibiotic added group to conduct comparison experiments for production performance and immunity effects. Hens: 1.Newly hatched chicken are raised through brooding, growth and finishing periods, experimens are conducted after 18 weeks of age. 2.Three Chinese herbs (Astragalus membranacevs, Codonopsia pilosula, Epimedium brevicornum etc.) with 3 different concentrations (1, 3, 5%) each are used plus control group too feed hens. 3.During experimental period, record food intake, egg production rate each week. In the beginning of test and the end of each month analyze egg weight and Hought’s unit of egg.
