2017-01-242024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/681544摘要:淡水河水系河川情勢調查,前期調查於2005年辦理完畢,本計畫為第二輪的調查。除應辦理之河川情勢調查項目外,也加入淡水河系通洪能力檢討分析。計畫目的為進行淡水河水系河川情勢調查,以建置生態資源資料庫,並依據本河系環境生態及生物棲地提出河川環境管理建議,供工程單位規劃設計人員參考,以降低未來治理工作對生態環境之衝擊。將前期淡水河水系河川情勢調查成果(2005)與本期的魚類種類與數量,進行生物整合指標 IBI之平均值比較,顯示前期挖子尾、臺北橋、江子翠樣站評分偏低,屬中度受損的等級,竹圍、五股樣站評分屬於輕度損棲地,本期調查各樣站棲地皆屬於輕微受損的狀態,足見淡水河的河川水域棲地已有改善。其中秀朗橋-福和橋從平均19分(C級)進步到36分(A級),改善最多。鳥類物種豐度分析成果亦顯示,本期的物種豐度多數高於前期,應與淡水河棲地已有改善有關。魚類資料之群集分析與多元尺度分析結果顯示,空間因子(上下游鹽度)為影響魚類群聚之因子。<br> Abstract: Long-term disturbances by human activities on Taiwan’s river environment have induced ecological degradation and increased the difficulty of river management. The river management of Tawian government authority used to aiming at flood control, flood protection, and water resources allocation, indicating the inconvenient truth that severe competition exists between water conservancy and ecology. Integrated management for river and wetland environment is scarce. In recent years, environmental protection consciousness has been more and more important, there is an urgent need to conduct a comprehensive investigation to make up the shortage of existing material which should be integrated for public reference. The project was to investigate Tamsui River situations and was carried out through field investigation, simulation of numerical model, statistical analysis and integrated index calculation. Five sites in Tamsui River and ten sites in Keelung River, Dahan Creek and Hsindien Creek were setup for filed investigations. They included biotic factors such as avian, plants, fish, insects, benthos, mammals, amphibians, reptiles and environmental factors such as flow characteristics, river bathymetry, habitat types, landscapes and water quality. According to the results of the index of biological integrity (IBI), the average score of IBI in the four seasons of the current investigation was higher than that of the previous survey, indicating the improvement of the aquatic ecosystem. The best performance occurred at the site between the Xiulang Bridge and Fuhe Bridge in Hsindien Creek with the increase of the IBI score from 19 points (level C) to 36 points (level A).
