2007-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/682482摘要:沙門氏菌是重要的人畜共通傳染病原,食入受污染禽類產品是人類感染沙門氏菌腸炎最常見的原因;近年來更自國內臨床病患與禽畜動物分離到高抗藥性菌株,因此必須有效的改善禽場感染情形,以進一步減少抗藥性菌株的蔓延。飼料含有魚粉與肉骨粉等各種動物性蛋白粉富含養分的原料,很容易受到沙門氏菌的污染,而且於加工製造、運輸及貯存過程,也容易受到鼠媒的沙門氏菌的污染,再加上沙門氏菌對各種滅菌法與環境的高耐受性,容易藉由飼育而快速傳播,故飼料的監控實為改善禽場污染之最基本且重要的管制點。 有鑑於目前國內針對飼料的沙門氏菌污染,並無統一且可依循的檢測方法,本實驗室將以國內外相關研究方法為參考範本進行實驗比較後,建立最適合的家禽飼料檢測沙門氏菌之標準方法。 <br> Abstract: Salmonella spp. is an important pathogen. The most common source of human infection is via the consumption of the contaminated food, especially poultry products. Recently the animal and human Salmonella isolates show high resistant rate to antimicrobials, Thus it is necessary to control the Salmonella infections in the poultry farm in order to reduce the spread of the antimicrobial resistant Salmonella. Poultry feed contain high protein fish meals and meat and bone meals that is high risk for Salmonella contamination. Also at the all stages of feed production, shipping and storage, the risk for the Salmonella spp. contamination via the rodent vector is very high. Salmonella has high resistant to the heat and can survival for the long period of time in the environment, and can be spread rapidly in the poultry farm. Thus the monitoring of the Salmonella contamination in the poultry feed is the critical control point of the Salmonella control program in the poultry farm.
