2019-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/694680摘要:綠能科技聯合研發計畫配合沙崙智慧綠能科學城之建設,以綠能科技聯合研究中心 為基地實體化相關研究能量,包括綠能創新技術開發(分項1)、綠能應用技術合作 (分項2)等,藉由綠能產業示範推廣、綠能科技產學研跨領域合作等,以提升科技 研發成效與產業發展之互動關係,全力達成發展再生能源高占比、提高能源自主比 例、帶動新興綠能產業發展以及提升產業科研競爭力,進而引領產業轉型,以推動 國家未來綠能技術持續發展為總體目標。 鑑此,綠能科技聯合研發計畫規劃由「分項3-策略推動與協調」支持上述分項1、 2之工作進行,本計畫特成立計畫辦公室推動「計畫管理與績效考核」、「議題研 究與策略建議」、「成果推廣與合作交流」以及「挑戰競賽與新創開發」等四大工 作,主要協助辦理申請計畫之審查作業、定期考核與彙整計畫亮點,以確實落實細 部計畫執行成效。同時,持續研析國際與國內綠能科技技術領域發展議題,邀集產 學研專家進行座談與研討交流,並於國內推動綠能科技創新挑戰競賽,鼓勵與輔導 參賽團隊提出綠能創新議題之解決方案與倡議。最終,綜整前述技術開發、議題研 究與各項活動之成果績效,除了滾動式研擬及調整短中長期綠能科技領域發展方向 ,亦期推動多元化綠能創新研究,提供建構台灣智慧能源之人才儲備與科技基礎。<br> Abstract: The Green Energy Technology Joint Research and Development Program (hereafter called “the Program”) is in line with the construction of Shalun Smart Green Energy Science City, and the related research energy is embodied by the Green Energy Technology Joint Research Center, including green energy innovation technology development (sub-item 1), green energy application technology cooperation (sub-item 2), etc. Through the demonstration and promotion of green energy industry, and green energy technology cooperation of academia and industry, the Program will enhance the interaction between scientific and technological R&D performance and industrial development, to achieve the development of high proportion of renewable energy, and raise the proportion of energy independence. The effect will drive the development of emerging green energy industry and enhance the competitiveness of industrial research, and then lead the industrial transformation to promote the sustainable development of the country`s future green energy technology as the overall goal. Sub-item 3 named as “Strategy Promotion and Coordination” of the Program supports the above-mentioned sub-items 1 and 2, and this project will establish a project office to promote four major tasks, including “project management and performance appraisal”, "issue research and strategy suggestion", "results promotion, cooperation and exchange", and "grand challenge and innovation development".This project will mainly assist in the review of approval projects, regular performance evaluation and project highlights to make sure the implementation of approval projects. At the same time, this project will continue to the development of international and domestic green energy technology, and invite experts from industry, academia and research institute to attend focus discussion meeting and international conference. Besides, this project also holds “Taiwan Greentech Innovation Challenge” to encourage and assist the participating teams to propose green energy innovation issues and solutions.
