2005-08-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/712690摘要:在高度競爭的商業環境中,企業迫不及待地想使用網路與資訊科技將各種資源整合,來創造更大附加價值,為達此目的,許多組織更以加快的腳步來建置電子化企業,這也導致探討員工是否準備好來使用這種新科技的議題更為重要。本研究探討如何發展一電子化企業內部準備度量表來衡量員工對於電子化企業的準備度。根據此目的,本研究首先針對電子化企業與準備度相關文獻深入探討與分析,歸納出衡量「電子化企業內部準備度理論構面」,接著基於此理論構面,並將規劃與實際電子化企業之員工與主管進行經驗訪談來發展初步的衡量問項,接著並透過嚴謹的量表發展步驟將初始量表做進一步精鍊,而成為具有高信度、校度的「電子化企業內部準備度量表」。此一量表與其理論架構,不但可以最為業者於建置電子化企業時,如何培養、訓練與衡量該公司員工之準備度,以提高電子化企業的效率,並且可以最作後續電子化企業與準備度相關研究的理論與比較之基礎。<br> Abstract: It is imperative for business to use network and distributed information technology in purpose of integrating resources among organizations, vendors, employees, and suppliers to maximize the value-added in the competitive business environment. This requires organizations to implement e-business at an accelerated pace and has fuelled predictions and speculations about how ready are the employees to embrace this new technology. Unfortunately, there are very few theories and evidences paid on this issue. Thus, this research is to develop a validated instrument for measuring the employee’s readiness with e-business. By a strictly reiteratively processes of scale purification, a well-validated instrument was planned to be presented.
