2013-01-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/698445摘要:在此計畫中我們將與中國北京大學的同仁共同研究以下兩個議題:一 複合石墨烯/超導體系統與二 二維電子器在低威高磁場下之傳輸效應。將特別研究藍道填充因子5/2的分數量子霍爾效應以及高溫超導體中之約瑟芬效應。我們的研究課題具有基礎物理研究之重要性以及有潛力之元件應用。<br> Abstract: In this project, we plan to work closely with colleaguea at PKU, China on the following two projects: 1. hybrid graphene/superconductor systems and 2. Transport in a two-dimensional electron gas in the low-temperature, high-magnetic-field regime. In particular, we shall work on the fractional quantum Hall effect at the Landau level filling factor 5/2 as well as the Josehson effect in a hybrid high-temperature superconductor/grapehen device.
