2004-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/684328摘要:本年度研究主要分四大方向探討如何降低組織培養苗的生產與運輸程本,包括:1. 組培苗預選盒裝儲運方式與傳統玻璃瓶配送方式之比較;2. 發光二極體配備電池應用於組培苗或成花海運之探討;3. 使用全紅光栽培彩色海芋組培苗之後續追蹤;4. 高頻間歇給光之省電與提高組培苗生長速率之探討。<br> Abstract: There are 4 approaches in this study focusing at means to reduce production and shipping cost for TC plantlets. These approaches are: 1. Comparison on the cost benefits of the traditional and new shipping container and handling method on tissue culture plantlets. 2. Investigating on the usage of LED equipped with battery on the cargo shipment of TC plantlets and mature plants over sea. 3. Follow up investigation on the TC plantlets of Calla lily illuminated using red light only. 4.
