2018-02-052024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/647544摘要:植物中的活性成分對人體健康具有療效與健康保護的作用。人蔘根部 (Ginseng, Panax ginseng) 為廣泛使用的中草藥並具有良好的藥理活性。依文獻記載,人蔘中的主要藥理活性成分,包含人蔘皂甘、酚類化合物與多醣體,其具有抗氧化、抑制發炎因子、降血糖與抑制癌細胞增生之能力。冷電漿 (cold plasma)為在常壓室溫下所產生富含高能電子、離子與自由基之電漿態物質,其可藉由物質表面化學分子鍵結之變化,以改變原有的物化性質。本計畫將以嶄新冷電漿技術開發人蔘中活性物質萃取法,先以冷電漿對人蔘表面進行處理,提高活性物質萃取的效率與產率,並以抗氧化、降血糖及抗增生之細胞平台進行萃取物之活性分析,以利取得有效化合物產率之同時也發現新的化合物。最後希望可透過活性物質之分析得到最適化之冷電漿萃取條件。<br> Abstract: The bioactive constituents of plant exhibit several therapeutic effects and health protection. Ginseng (Panax Ginseng) is the most widely used herbal medicines and is reported to have a wide range of pharmacological effects. In the previous studies, the major pharmacologically active ingredients of ginseng, such as ginsenoside, phenolic compounds, and polysaccharides, appear to be responsible for the pharmacological activities of anti-oxidation, anti-inflammation, antihyperglycemia and anticancer. Cold plasma is the type of material which contains abundant of high energy electrons, ions, and free radicals under the room temperature and atmospheric pressure. The cold plasma technology can change physiochemical property of substrate surface with modifying the molecular linkage of substrate surface. In this study, we will develop novel extraction method for bioactive constituents of ginseng with cold plasma technology. We will optimize the efficiency and yield of bioactive constituents in the ginseng with cold plasma treatment of ginseng surface. The cell model was then used as a platform for screening the anti-oxidative, anti-diabetic and anti-proliferative materials in the different extracted condition. In addition to increase yield of bioactive constituents, it may discover several bioactive natural products.
