Retrospective, non-randomized study of 83 eyes of 80 patients were done with subfoveal CNV treated with TTT. The outcome of the treatment was assessed with visual acuity, fluorescein and clinical funduscopic examination. The results show 65 membranes to be occult, eight classic and 10 mixed. TTT is an efficacious tool in stabilization or improvement of visual acuity in patients with subfoveal CNV due to AMD.Transpupillary thermotherapy for the treatment of choroidal neovascularization in age-related macular degenerationconference paper2-s2.0-20844452264https://api.elsevier.com/content/abstract/scopus_id/20844452264
