2009-08-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/696952摘要:在知識、創新、與科技匯流的服務經濟中,創造並傳遞顧客價值,已成為企業重視的目標。服務創新的本質即為透過有系統的管理活動,結合新興的科技、效率的流程與優質的人力素質,創造出差異化與附加價值,而廠商必須藉由提供更具價值的服務,方能取得長期競爭優勢。 本研究乃欲透過附加價值互動觀點,來探討服務創新與組織績效之關係,並針對半導體製造業進行研究。本研究之目的包含了: (1)定義服務創新並分析半導體製造業服務創新模式。 (2)探討服務創新活動與附加價值互動之關係。 (3)探討互補性廠商、技術與市場環境,對服務創新與附加價值互動之影響。 (4)歸納出影響服務創新績效的主要因素,提出相關之管理意涵。 本研究之範疇需時三年,具體的工作項目如下: 第一年:建立初步研究架構 (1)進行服務創新之相關文獻回顧 (2)收集半導體製造業次級資料 (3)進行半導體製造業初步訪談 (4)建立初步研究架構 第二年:確認研究架構與構念 (1)進行半導體製造業深度訪談 (2)分析半導體製造業服務創新活動與組織績效 (3)確認研究架構與構念 (4)提出研究命題 第三年:進行產業調查與驗證假設 (1)建立各構念之衡量方式與問項 (2)確認半導體製造業研究對象 (3)進行半導體製造業問卷調查 (4)分析資料與驗證假設 <br> Abstract: In the era of Service Economy consisting of knowledge, innovation, and technology, companies must focus on service creation and delivery. Service innovation can be defined as a series of systematic activities integrating new technologies, efficient process and high-quality human resource to create differentiation and added value. Only by providing distinctive services to customers will firms gain long-term competitive advantages. This research aims to analyze the relationship between service innovation and organizational performance through value-added interactions. The semiconductor industry will be used as the empirical study.
