2013-08-012024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/645664摘要:強度訓練是一個達到改善肌肉性能和優化運動技能的主要方法。骨骼肌在不同生物學特性的變化可發生於長期的訓練或精心設計的短期密集訓練計劃。在過去的部份研究中,已經有學者觀察到強度訓練後身體組成以及肌肉和脂肪質量以及其比例的改變。然而,只有一些近期的少數研究顯示,在計劃性且規則訓練的肌肉中可觀察到水分子擴散及組織微循環的變化。本計畫利用磁振造影和雙能量X光的先進技術,來測量骨骼肌在訓練前後的許多生物學特性是可行的。除了能夠用常規的磁共振成像來區別肌肉以及脂肪和骨骼的組成,我們也計劃針對既定的目標肌肉,利用擴散加權成像來測量水分子擴散、利用三點Dixon新軟体成像來測量脂肪/水的比例,以及利用動態對比增強磁共振成像技術來測量組織微循環。雖然強度訓練提高了肌肉的表現,然而停止訓練將導致肌肉強度和性能的下降。為了防止停止訓練的影響,一些研究者要求在培訓計畫中導入肌肉強度維護方案。本研究的目的是要針對籃球和多頂運動員,利用磁共振成像技術來評估強度訓練及停止訓練後對目標肌肉的生物變化之影響。此外,我們也要在計畫後半期,增加評估下肢”增強式”訓練對籃球運動員大腿肌肉的生物變化之影響。未來期許,希望經由這些訊息,可利用作進一步為老年人設計發展其他適宜的運動方案。在未來十年,這將是一個重要的課題—為老年人建立和設計一個運動方案,以達到健康和高齡化社會的目標。<br> Abstract: Strength training is a main approach to achieve improvement of muscle performance and optimization of sport skill. Change in varying biological properties of skeletal muscle occurs due to long-term training or well-designed short, intensive training program. The body composition as well as muscle and fat mass have been observed to alter after strength training in many studies. Only few recent studies observed changes in water diffusion and microcirculation in trained muscles.By using advanced techniques of MR and dual energy X ray, it is feasible to measure many biological properties in skeletal muscle. In addition to the ability to separate muscle from fat and bone components by routine MR images, we plan and also can measure water diffusion by diffusion-weighted imaging, fat/water ratio by three-point Dixon imaging and microcirculation by dynamic contrast-enhanced MR imaging techniques in targeted muscles.While strength training improves muscle performance, detraining causes a decrease in muscle strength and performance. To prevent detraining effects, some authors postulate the introduction of strength maintenance programs on training planning. The purpose of this study is to assess the effect of strength training and detraining on biological changes in targeted muscles of basketball and overhead athletes by MR techniques. Besides, we also aim to evaluate the effect of plyometric training of lower limb on biological changes in thigh muscles of basketball athletes.Future expectation: By using all the information, different and custom-made exercise program would be further developed for the aged people.
