2019-01-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/658831摘要:本計畫將依據過去3年的研究成果,選定最佳防霉保存方法分別製作中型草捆每捆 200 公斤重量的盤固草半乾青貯與苜蓿半乾青貯各一種。定期採樣,追蹤分析黴菌毒素(aflatoxin, fumonisin, zearalenone, deoxynivalenol, T-2 toxins, ochratoxin A)含量,黴菌滋生數量以及揮發性脂肪酸與氨濃度變化。並將進行乳羊飼養試驗,以盤固草半乾青貯與苜蓿半乾青貯,對比盤固乾草與苜蓿乾草方式,確認乳羊對本計畫製作出來的盤固草半乾青貯與苜蓿半乾青貯接受程度度以及對兩者的共同利用效果。<br> Abstract: This research project will make 200 kg bale size of alfalfa haylage and pangolagrass haylage by using the best fungus spoiling prevention methods based on past three years’ research. Periodical monitoring haylage quality will be scheduled to check mycotoxin levels, fungal colony forming unit, volatile fatty acid and ammonia contents.
