2015-04-082024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/681626摘要:淡水河系於2004-2005年間完成第一輪的河川情勢調查,迄今已10年未進行全面性的調查,經過這10年的檢討,原本單純進行河川生物及環境調查,並以建立生態資料庫為主要目標的情勢調查,逐漸朝向「功能面」取向,包括「建立指標性物種作為持續監測調查之重點」、「生態影響區及生態敏感區應用」、「滿足河川環境管理計畫規劃作業所需」、「回饋河川治理計畫之改善方案」,及要求「應具備整合效能及空間資訊的調查資料」等,這些在在顯示,若僅進行生態調查已無法滿足實務應用層面上的需求。本計畫預計於2015年完成淡水河主流第 1~3季調查工作,2016年完成主流第4季及支流(基隆河、大漢溪、新店溪及景美溪)第1~3季調查工作,2017年完成支流第 4季調查工作。調查樣站均已規劃完成,原則上盡量與2004-2005年的樣站重複,以利進行生態資料變遷的比對分析,調查內容及頻度則依「河川情勢調查作業要點」辦理。<br> Abstract: The river Investigations project of the Tanshui River system is launched again in the year 2015-2017 and aiming at establishing ecological environment database and provide sufficient information for river management. The data of hydrological and biological status in the Tanshui River system will be surveyed and collected in the three-year project. Based on the data, integration work of the ecological and engineering investigating results would be made to provide as suggestions for ecological and hydro-engineering communities. The survey sites were designated to be the same with the investigation project in the year 2003-2004. All of the collected data, including biotic and abiotic attributes of Tanshui River system, was digitized and compiled by the GIS technology.
