2017-10-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/670205摘要:隨著多媒體應用的進步與可連線裝置日益增加,第四代行動通訊已逐漸無法滿足人們對於科技發展的需求。因此近年來各國皆開始著手第五代行動通訊技術的研究,預期在2020年能達到商轉目標。通訊產業為台灣經濟的重要命脈,自主且深厚的射頻基礎與毫米波前端技術是促使相關產業發展的關鍵,因此本三年度計畫中包含七個子計畫,致力研發第五代行動通訊所需之技術,依目前預計開放的頻段分為低於6 GHz的射頻前端電路模組和28 GHz的毫米波波束成形系統。低於6 GHz的射頻前端電路模組包含(一)節能且多頻段之Sub-6 GHz主動電路模組、(二)可重構濾波器和雙工器、(三)可調式共模濾波器與系統整合。囊括這兩個頻帶的(四)應用於5G之Sub-6 GHz及毫米波頻段之天線基礎技術。28 GHz的毫米波波束成形系統 包含(五)毫米波相位陣列系統之收發機前端晶片技術、(六)毫米波相位陣列系統之相位偏移技術之研究、(七)毫米波晶片封裝設計。希望透過這七項應用於第五代行動通訊之技術研究,使得通訊產業有更多的動能,並促使國內人才培育符合業界需求,嘉惠所有台灣高科技產業。<br> Abstract: With the fast growing of big data and multimedia transferring and the strong increment of the connected devices, fourth generation (4G) of mobile telecommunications technology has been unable to meet the expectation of high speed and high throughput demand. Several countries are beginning to develop on fifth generation (5G) mobile networks in recent years, the date of commercial operation is estimated on 2020. Telecommunication industry plays an important role for Taiwan’s economy, the solid technology foundation on 5G RF and mmW front-end is one of the key points to boost the continuous growth of Taiwan’s ICT industries. Therefore, this 3-year project contains seven sub-projects, devoted in the core techniques of 5G, which can be categorized into two parts according to the most likely operating frequencies: sub-6 GHz RF front-end module and 28 GHz millimeter-wave beamforming system. The sub- 6 GHz RF front-end module consists of (1) Multi-band energy saving sub-6 GHz active circuit module, (2) Reconfigurable filters and duplexers, and (3) Tunable common mode filters and system integration. (4) Fundamental antenna techniques applied to sub-6 GHz and millimeter wave frequency band supports both parts. The 28 GHz millimeter wave beamforming system, which consists of (5) Transceiver front-end circuit techniques of millimeter wave phased-array system, (6) Research on phase shifting techniques of millimeter wave phased array system, and (7) The design of millimeter wave IC package.
