2023-04-012024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/652704本「112年海域測繪與海床底質檢測工作案」之目標為針對我國領海、內水、鄰接區與專屬經濟海域之範圍內，海底地形資料缺乏或資料不堪使用之區域進行海域測繪工作，並編輯納入我國海域地形基本資料庫，同時也為因應電子航行圖(Electronic Navigational Charts，ENC)製作所需，而規劃進行臺灣周邊海域之海底地形測繪、海床底質檢測及太平島陸域水質檢測等工作。本案利用勵進研究船於太平島周圍海域進行海底地形圖測繪，預期收集總長度大於900海里之水深調查測線，以及至少為總長度的5%的檢核測線，海床底質檢測工作將在調查區域內完成至少4站表層沈積物採樣分析，並重新針對海床底質屬性進行分類，以完善電子航行圖中海床表面資訊。本案也規劃上太平島進行探針的回收與重新佈放，並採集兩口井水樣本進行陰、陽離子與氫氧同位素分析，並於太平島周邊採取至少3站表層海水。本計畫調查與分析成果不僅可補足臺灣離島周圍海域缺乏之海底地形及底質資料之處，亦可透過資料整合應用與共享機制以促進科學研究發展、維護船舶航行安全，同時也可做為推動海洋事務、環境生態保護、資源探勘等面向之參考。 This project “2023 Seafloor Mapping and Seabed Characteristics Investigation” aims to collect bathymetric and sea bed data in our territorial sea, internal waters, and economic exclusion zone where the data is lacking or unreliable in the area offshore Taiwan. The results of the seafloor mapping and seabed characteristics survey can be essential metadata for the electronic navigational chart (ENC) database, and also be useful information for navigation safety. This project is conducted by R/V Legend operated by TORI in the waters around Taiping Island, and the main work items include seafloor mapping, seabed sediment characteristics investigation, and water quality detection. It is expected to collect bathymetry survey lines with a total length of more than 900 nautical miles and the check lines of at least 5% of the total bathymetry survey lines length. In addition, at least 4 stations of sediment sampling, 3 stations of seawater sampling, and 2 stations of Taiping Island well water sampling and analyzing will be completed. According to the results of sediment analysis, the properties of the seabed will be reclassified to improve the seabed surface information in the ENC. The results of this project can fill the insufficiency of bathymetric and sea bed characteristics data of the waters around Taiwan’s outlying islands. Furthermore, the results can help the development of scientific research and increase the safety of navigation in the area. It can also be useful information for marine affairs, environmental and ecological protection, and resource explorations.
