2020-08-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/700315摘要:本研究計畫旨在探討高速訊號系統中,如何透過異質介質波導管傳播毫米波來提升 系統之傳訊效能:相較於金屬波導或纜線,異質介質波導管具有較低的損耗及更佳 的資料頻寬;而相較於光纖技術,使用異質介質波導管可以省去電光轉換裝置而大 幅降低成本。在計畫第一年,吾人將研究異質介質波導管的模態及其他基本電氣特 性,並分析多根異質介質波導管系統間的耦合現象。在計畫第二年,吾人將研究異 質介質波導管的激發與饋入方式,以降低能量的損耗。在最後一年,吾人將研究適 用於多根異質介質波導管系統的串音抑制結構。<br> Abstract: In this research plan, how to improve the transmitting performance with heterogeneous dielectric waveguide (H-DWG) in the millimeter-wave (mmW) high-speed signaling system will be discussed and developed. Comparing to metal waveguides and cables, H-DWG is with much smaller loss and higher bandwidth; and it doesn`t require electrical-to-optical and optical to electrical (EO/OE) converter, which means the cost will be lower than that of the system using optical fibers. In the 1st year, the mode and other electrical characteristics of the H-DWG will be studied. Besides, the coupling among multi-H-DWG system will be analyzed. In the 2nd year, the excitation and feed-in methods will be studied to reduce the conversion loss.
