王銘宗2006-07-252018-06-292006-07-252018-06-292001http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/4188本文乃透過高階主管對於領導角色的 扮演與資訊需求的探討，於企業導入與實 施全面品質管理（Total Quality Management, TQM）的過程中，建立高階主管品質資訊 系統（Executive Quality Information System, EQIS）的資訊需求模組，並建構高階主管 品質資訊系統參考規劃模式，希冀發展適 切之決策輔助資訊系統，以協助高階主管 進行決策並參與全面品質管理活動。 本研究之主要成果如下：（一）彙整 企業導入TQM 之核心競爭要素；（二）藉 由整體公司品質概念（Corporate Quality Consensus, CQC）之檢測機制，探討管理 階層對全面品質管理的認知與自我診斷， 並瞭解公司高階主管在推動全面品質管理 時之作法及品質資訊的來源與需求；（三） 發展泛用型之EQIS 資訊需求模組，以供企 業經營績效衡量之用，協助企業高階主管 對於全面品質管理有更進一步的認知，並 朝國家品質獎的方向努力，以有效提昇企 業之整體競爭力，並開拓企業永續發展之 契機。This article aims at establishing an information requirement module of executive quality information system (EQIS) through the discussion of the leadership role of top executives and information requirements in the implementation process of Total Quality Management (TQM). On the other hand, it also puts much emphasis on constructing a top executive decision support system dedicated to facilitate top executives for embarking on decision making and participate in corporate TQM-related activities. The primary contributions of this article are: (1) Summarizing key success factors for effectively introducing TQM to enhance corporate competitive advantage through benchmarking and analyzing best practices; (2) Utilizing corporate quality consensus (CQC) as a measuring mechanism to investigate TQM perception and self-diagnosis of corporate management level; (3) Proposing a generic EQIS information requirement module for enhancing corporate competitive advantage. Thus, it can be regarded as a diagnostic tool for measuring managerial performance.
