周雍強2006-07-252018-06-292006-07-252018-06-292000http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/4181晶圓廠的資本需求龐大,是資本密集的製造系 統,生產績效的表現直接影響到企業經營績效, 但是生產設備的有效使用率一般不到50%,因此 提升設備有效使用率是一個重要研究領域。由於 晶圓廠的生產過程相當的複雜,因此產能規劃通 常需要相當複雜的技術。對整體工廠系統而言, 各項設備在製程能力與產能上的匹配度不僅影響 個別設備的效能水平,也奠定企業經營的績效水 平。本計畫之研究重點為分析晶圓廠產能規劃問 題、發展機台組態之規劃程序與方法,並開發出 一個強調生產敏捷性的決策系統。本計畫的工作 項目有:(1) 發展精確的產能計算模式,(2) 發 展機台組態的規劃方法,(3)發展機台的運用方 法,(4)建構機台組態規劃的決策系統。本計畫的 成果有:產能規劃的程序與方法、產能計算模式、 機台組態規劃方法、以及一個決策系統。The overall equipment effectiveness of wafer fabs has lingered at a level below 50%. The effectiveness of a wafer fab is affected directly by its configuration of primary processing tools. Capability or capacity imbalance among primary resources generally results in long-term losses of equipment effectiveness at the factory level. This project proposes to develop fab configuration design and analysis methodology to prevent or lessen capability and capacity mismatch of manufacturing resources in the environment of rapid product mix change. This project has three major tasks: capacity modeling, resource portfolio planning, and decision modeling.
