2018-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/672017摘要:鯊魚的保育與有效的管理已成為全球性的重要議題,為了更有效管理鯊魚漁業,以及保護鯊魚資源,本計畫將發展可用於現場,快速檢測是否為禁捕鯊魚種類的技術,此技術採用熱絕緣聚合&#37238;鏈鎖反應器與恆溫式圈環形核酸增幅法,藉由針對特定魚種所設計的物種專一性引子(或是搭配探針),將可於1小時內檢驗是否為對象魚種。當受檢魚種缺乏可供辨識的外部型態時,此快速篩檢方法可先初步判定是否為禁捕種類,以達到精準管理,縮短流程 ,減少擾民的效益。<br> Abstract: Shark conservation and effective fisheries management is a worldwide and important issue. This project aims to develop a rapid and on-site technique that can be used to detect the banned shark species in order to enforce the fishery management and conservation of shark species. Species-specific primers and Taqman probes will be designed to detect the shark species by using insulated isothermal PCR machine or by the loopmediated isothermal amplification. The total process can be finished in less than 1 hour. This technique can be used to identify the species for the samples without morphological characters.
