2018-12-282024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/677717摘要：連江縣政府期望馬祖發展以健康、療癒為主軸的遊憩活動，打造具「生態景觀、軍事體驗、慢活度假、宗教禪修」觀光吸引力之離島觀光重鎮，並且發掘常民美學，發展健康綠活的在地生活。對應到研究，怎麼樣的景觀具有療癒效果？自然景觀中是否特定的特徵會影響健康？哪些健康狀態會被影響？自然環境影響健康的程度為何？ 在三天的研討會中介紹瞭解馬祖的環境與人文，由第一與三天的參訪活動認識馬祖的自然環境、戰地的人文歷史背景以及參訪社區發展協會了解未來發展期望。透過研討會探討自然環境與健康的關係，討論議程中將以馬祖為案例，探討如何將馬祖轉變為健康島嶼。並輔以國外的相關案例分享，借鏡成功的案例來規劃馬祖環境，以朝健康與療癒的方向進行環境規劃。三天過程中也加入連江縣政府相關機關與人員的討論，促進政府與國內外學者的交流，以期政府可獲得環境規劃相關豐富的收穫與建議。<br> Abstract: Lienchiang County government attempts to develop Matsu Islands into islands with healing and therapeutic landscapes for tourists and for residents. There are mainly four key points to follow, the ecological landscape, military experience, LOHAS, and religious and meditation. In terms of research, how to define healing and therapeutic landscapes? What are the critical attributes in natural environments impact human health? What are the health beneficial effects? To what extends natural environments impact human health? In the conference we are going to reveal these questions with studies and take Matsu islands for examples. During the three-day field trips and symposium, participants can have general idea of Matsu islands and the health benefits of natural environments. In the first and third day, the excursions will take participants discover the Matsu Islands, and give a brief introduction of the natural environments, cultures, and the future development of the Matsu Islands. In the second day, the International Symposium on Matsu Healthy Island Planning will focus on the attributes of health beneficial landscapes and the impacts of natural environments on human health. There will have small workshops for the discussion about turning Matsu islands into healthy islands.
