指導教授：王泰俐臺灣大學：新聞研究所施景瑞Shih, Jing-RulJing-RulShih2014-11-292018-06-282014-11-292018-06-282014http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/263340台灣電視新聞中，大台北地區的新聞，和其它各縣市的地方新聞，比重有嚴重失衡的現象。是什麼原因阻礙了地方新聞的發展？本研究試圖從地方新聞的產製模式切入了解，發現原來地方新聞，經常是由地方記者和台北新聞中心的「在家記者」合力完成，這樣的產製模式，影響地方新聞非常深。 由於雙方是遠距離合作，首先，在溝通的過程中，常常就會發生失誤，另外又因為「在家記者」通常是沒有跑線經驗的工作人員，處理新聞不熟練，很容易就會對地方新聞呈現的品質，造成影響。 本研究走訪各地的地方記者，以及在台北工作的「在家記者」，發現種種合作上的問題。同時也從台北地方新聞中心長官的訪談中，整理出這樣的產製模式，有什麼可以改進的空間，希望在實務上，提供直接的建議，協助地方新聞產製模式的改善，提升台灣電視地方新聞的品質。Among Taiwan TV news, there is a significant imbalance in the proportion between the Taipei regional news and local news from other area. What is the reason hindering the development of local news? This study examines the fundamentals of local news, which relies on the cooperation of local reporters and home reporters. Home reporters work in Taipei, and they have a relationship with local reporters of long-distance collaboration. This kind of work patterns result a huge impact in the quality of TV local news. First of all, communication is not face-to face, which could easily cause mistakes. Second, since home reporters are usually less of experience in handling news, the way stories are distributed might be different. For these reasons, the quality of local news might become lower. This study collected interviews of local journalists from different area and home reporters.
