蔡博文2006-07-252018-06-282006-07-252018-06-282003http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/11424人與環境間的互動過程中， 表現 於空間的具體型式之一即為土地利 用， 土地利用的分佈狀況表現出人類 在其所居住的土地上之活動類型與決 策行為， 在不同的社會文化背景、政 治經濟發展條件及自然環境的限制 下， 將會展現出各種不同的土地利用 型式。 台灣及福建地區， 在自然條件及 人文背景上，均有極高的相似性， 但 由於政治體制不同的影響， 經濟發展 存在十幾年落差，政治體制與經濟發 展程度， 是影響土地利用變遷的重要 影響因子， 因此以過去二十年台灣的 土地利用變遷， 與福建近十年的土地 利用變遷比較， 可釐清政策作用力、 經濟作用力等因子對於土地利用影響 的程度。 因此本年度蒐集及生產兩岸土地 利用資料庫，並作初步的分析，作為 後續年度進一步探討土地利用變遷影 響因子的基礎資料。This study conducts a comparative analysis of land use change in Taiwan and Fujian province, China. Taiwan’s economic development has undergone significant changes over the past five decades especially from 1980. China began in 1978 a new open-door policy to encourage economic “modernization”. This study proposes that different regions can experience similar changes in land use as they pass through comparable stages of economic and political development at different times. The first-year project establishes a land use database for both study areas. Data of Taiwan was created by a government agency by aerial photo interpretation and field verification. Data of Fujian compiles from satellite imagery. The hot spots are identified by using GIS technique. Transition matrix are calculated. The results show similar/dissimilar characteristics in terms of different change types.
