2005-11-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/687048摘要:為提升電動機車關鍵零組件產業技術,並培育產業技術人才,本研究計畫目標為研製輕型電動機車直驅式車輪馬達,本產品馬達為扁平三明治結構,設計為軸向磁通直流無刷馬達,直接安裝於車輪中間。車輪馬達的設計擺脫傳統間接驅動系統的限制,省略機械傳動和減速齒輪之功率消耗。用最佳化設計理論,使車輪馬達在最小重量下產生最大扭力,提升了輕型電動機車的起動,加速極爬坡性能;並在不同高低加速行車模式下,電動汽車發揮最佳效率,以增加整車續航力。本計畫將以螺旋隙鋼片疊層製造方式製作定子,以雙面嵌合銣鐵硼磁鐵方式製作轉子,並增加轉子蓋散熱功能,以提升馬達與機車整體效率。 本產品已歷經數年開發,並獲得專利,今獲合作廠商投入先期技術轉移,進行雛型試製、量產規劃、產品市場分析、車測試續航力與效率,期能達成電動機車直驅式車輪馬達之技術移轉。 <br> Abstract: This proposal aims to produce a prototype of a direct driven wheel motor of an electric motorcycle, and to build up a standard process of its mass production. The novel wheel motor for electric vehicles is designed to install inside the wheel, and therefore the power dissipation from traditional transmission mechanism and reduction gears is eliminated. One of the design objectives is to increase the driving range of the vehicle; this will be accomplished by an optimal design of the wheel motor with high torque-to-weight ratio and high efficiency. The drive will also provide the capability of electronic gears by parallel or series connections of batteries and motor windings. The armature reaction yielding a distortion of flux distribution will be considered to modify the optimal current waveform that is proportional to the back electromotive waves. The key technologies of the wheel motor in this proposal are to fabricate the toroidal electric steel stacking of the stator and the compact rotor embedded with magnets. The company in cooperation with the academy is responsible for the fabrication of prototype, plan of mass production, engineer training, installation of the wheel motor on the electric motorcycle, road test for driving range and efficiency.
