2016-01-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/660187摘要:為了生產高品質國產半乾青貯,需要有適當抑制黴菌滋生的方法可以搭配使用。本子計畫即是分年度測試評估各種抑制半乾青貯黴菌滋生的保存劑的有效性。第一年將評估評估丙酸對國產半乾青貯的保存效果,第二年度將評估乳酸菌對國產半乾青貯的保存效果,第三年度將評估柳橙粕對於製作乳酸菌處理國產半乾青貯的影響,第四年度將評估綜合有機酸對國產半乾青貯的保存效果。每年試驗過程,都將持續定期追蹤使用不同劑量保存劑的半乾青貯,黴菌滋生情形以及黴菌毒素汙染狀況,以找出最佳抑制黴菌滋生的方法。<br> Abstract: In order to produce domestic high quality haylage, proper preservation method has to be developed. The objective of the present project is to evaluate effectiveness of various haylage preservative methods sequentially in four years. The first year will evaluate the effectiveness of propionate. The second year will evaluate the effectiveness of lactic acid bacteria. The third year will evaluate the effectiveness of citrus pulp in enhancing the function of lactic acid bacteria. The fourth year will evaluate the effectiveness of mixed organic acids. During the experiment of each year, there will be periodically monitor of fungal growth and mycotoxin appearance in haylage.
