2004-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/684242摘要:建立豬籠草(Nepenthes)及觀音蓮(Alocasia)等組織培養苗出瓶馴化技術 1.建立豬籠草及觀音蓮組織培養苗出瓶後最佳的馴化光度。 2.試驗是否可用非破壞性的葉綠素螢光的測量方式,訂定豬籠草及觀音蓮組培苗出瓶後已馴化完成的標準。 3.瞭解豬籠草及觀音蓮組織培養苗在馴化期間之光合作用特性之變化,以期控制出瓶後的品質,提高存活率,及可縮短組織培養至出貨時間。<br> Abstract: The project aims to establish the acclimatization technique by investigating ex-vitro irradiance effect on subsequent growth and photosynthetic characteristics in Nepenthes and Alocasia. Three major works are as follows: 1. to establish the optimum ex-vitro irradiance during acclimatization. 2. to measure the photosynthetic parameter Fv/Fm during acclimatization period, and then to set up the standard operation of acclimatized status. 3. to measure the photosynthetic rate during acclimatization period.
