2017-01-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/660389摘要:近年來臺灣出口之蓮霧受到新興害蟲米爾頓釉小蜂(Anselmella miltoni)感染,導致多次遭到中國大陸多次查獲攔截,嚴重影響蓮霧產品輸出。由於感染的蓮霧果實於外表完全沒有徵狀,直到成蟲成熟才陸續鑽出水果形成小孔洞,因此在成蟲尚未鑽出果實前,無法在包裝時依外觀判別進行篩檢。本研究藉由非破壞性檢測X光檢疫系統,建立蓮霧果實受米爾頓釉小蜂感染之檢測系統,以及相關標準檢疫流程。過程中將進行現有X光檢疫系統之維護與效能提升,並進行新型產業型X光檢疫系統之測試與評估。另一方面,也將建立X光影像資料庫與米爾頓釉小蜂危害影像分析系統,未來期望可延伸應用至其他類出口水果。後期將進行現有的X光檢疫系統進行抽檢率試驗,配合專業人員及系統對於危害影像的判讀,提升自動化農產品檢疫蟲害技術之檢測效率,以降低輸出產品遭受退貨之風險,提高產品競爭力。<br> Abstract: During recent years, the wax apple exported from Taiwan has been infected by a new eulophid pest Anselmella miltoni. It was found by China many times, which affected the exportation of wax apples. There is no external symptom on the infected wax apple until the adult wasps leave the wax apple, causing holes on the surface. Therefore, during the packing process, the infected wax apple without the holes left by wasps could not be detected based on its appearance. With the application of the nondestructive X-ray quarantine system, the project will set up an automatic inspection system for detecting Anselmella infestation and establish the relevant quarantine procedures. We will not only preserve and enhance the efficiency of the current X-ray system, but also will dedicate efforts to test and estimate other commercial X-ray scanners. Furthermore, the X-ray image database for infested wax apples by A. miltoni and its image analysis system will be developed in hopes of being applied to other fruits in the future. At the later stage of this project, the developed X-ray quarantine system will be used in random inspection to evaluate its performance.
