2005-01-012024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/652412摘要:柑橘健康種苗驗證體系建立: (1)「柑桔種苗驗證作業須知」公告實施與宣導:針對柑橘黃龍病等非特定疫病蟲害,根據「驗證作業須知」確實執行種苗驗證制度流程,此外並訓練及轉移柑橘檢查與驗證最新之技術至各驗證執行機關,同時進行驗證制度之宣導。(2)柑橘原種定期偵測:繼續應用已開發之黃龍病菌PCR偵測技術與萎縮病毒(Citrus tristeza virus=CTV)單元抗體技術,加入這兩年內新研發完成的柑桔破葉病毒(Citrus tatter leaf virus=CTLV)之RT-PCR檢測技術,定期對國家柑桔原種進行黃龍病菌與CTV偵測,若發現有受感染的柑桔原種立即予以銷毀。鱗砧次病毒(Citrus exocortis viroid)則先採行佛手柑(Etrog citron 861-S)生物檢定法,並於本年度研發及改良RT-PCR快速檢測法。(3)交叉保護技術應用於CTV之防治:柑桔萎縮病毒(CTV)系統複雜,本年度擬針對不同柑桔品種包括文旦、椪柑與柳橙等,自田間耐病植株中找出弱毒系統,先予分析強毒與弱毒系統間之生物性與分子性差異,再進一步將弱毒系統先感染植株,進行交叉保護試驗。(4)黃<br> Abstract: This project is dedicated to establish a pathogen-free seedling foundation and certification system.
