The dual-polarization design is realized by two separate feed ports that excite the same resonant cavity with two orthogonal modes. Through the orthogonal design of antenna feed ports, the proposed antenna may achieve a very high port isolation of 40 dB over the entire band. In addition to the wide impedance bandwidth., the proposed antenna exhibits promising radiation properties., including stable radiation patterns., a very low cross-polarization level., and a high radiation efficiency. With the co-located cavity-backed design., the proposed antenna is compact and easy to integrate with ICs in a very small AiP module., making it very suitable for 60-GHz MIMO radar and communication applications.[SDGs]SDG7High-Isolation Design of Dual-Polarized Aperture Antenna for Compact 60-GHz AiP Solutionconference paper10.1109/USNC-URSI52151.2023.102375632-s2.0-85172416903https://api.elsevier.com/content/abstract/scopus_id/85172416903
