2023-06-012024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/653592嫁接是果樹常用的繁殖技術,南庄橙被認為對南非立枯病(tristeza)具有一定耐受性,國外相關研究曾做為砧木試驗的砧木使用。本研究計畫旨在協助南庄橙在台灣之發展,為生產南庄橙果實,須先了解南庄橙作為接穗時,最適合的柑橘砧木系統,本研究欲建立南庄橙與常用砧木的嫁接親和表現資料庫,以選出最適合南庄橙的砧木系統,為日後產業發展提供良好的基礎。 Grafting is a commonly used propagation technique for fruit trees. Nansho daidai (Citrus taiwanica) is considered to have the tolerance to Tristeza in South Africa. Related studies have used it as a rootstock for rootstock experiments. This research project aims to assist the development of Nansho daidai in Taiwan. In order to produce fruits, it is necessary to understand the most suitable citrus rootstock system when Nansho daidai is used as a scion. We are going to test the grafting compatibility between Nansho daidai and common rootstocks to select the most suitable rootstock system for Nansho daidai, and provide a good foundation for future industrial development.營養繁殖;接穗;砧木;vegetative propagation;scion;rootstock南庄橙與常用砧木之嫁接親和性研究計畫
