2017-08-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/704317摘要:日常生活中災難降臨時,得到身邊週遭環境設備的主動指引遠離災難,降低損失是有其必要的。一般大眾如何從在被動接受,到可以達到主動避開災難的頻率與幅度。因此,本計畫擬善用BIM (Building Information Modeling)技術與概念,建置「邁向智慧永續城市的建築安全主動管理系統」,貫通建築物到城市範疇,來提昇城市住民與訪客之生命財產安全保障;研究計畫包括建築物的簡介(生產履歷)、維護(年度建築物的維護與檢查報告)、導遊(互動式即時資訊服務)與安全(即時避難指引、防災安全避難模擬演練)等面向之考量,將建築物必要的訊息透過即時決策的資訊系統平台直接通達予使用者端。本計畫設定的研究範圍,將依據建築法供公眾使用之建築物、建築技術規則總則中所歸類的九種類別的建築物用途,並應用資、通訊科技技術,最終達成同業資料格式一致並開發出以使用者服務為導向的主動式安全管理系統。<br> Abstract: How do people avoid disaster when it happens? How does equipment proactively alert to reduce loss of lives and property? This research attempts to develop a proactive security management system (PSMS) by taking advantage of BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology. The major aspects addressed for security management in this research include traceable building construction records, building facility maintenance information (e.g. yearly auditing report) management, interactive building navigation guidance and building users safety information (e.g. planned and simulated evacuation routes). Required information is provided to end users through mobile devices (e.g. mobile phones) from a cloud-based building information platform. The scope of the research follows Taiwan’s Building Codes for public buildings and the Building Technical Regulations (nine types of building uses).
